this Holiday cottage for 2 people has all the comforts you need for a successful stay. Located in the owners' enclosed garden, opposite their house, they will be delighted to welcome you. In the heart of the village of Vergt, you'll have access to several shops (bakery, butcher's, Pharmacy, restaurant, supermarket...), while being set back from the road. 3km away, you'll have access to the Neufont leisure center, with supervised swimming and fishing. You can also discover many of Périgord's emblematic sites, such as Périgueux, 25 minutes away (City of Art and History, with its Saint Front cathedral), and 30 minutes away: Les Eyzies (world capital of prehistory and its world-famous caves and shelters), Bergerac (its famous Vineyards and its old City) or Le Bugue 35 minutes away with its aquarium or the village of Le Bournat.

You'll have a beautiful living area with an open kitchen (3-burner induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave...), a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, and a living area with a 3-seater sofa bed, a TV, internet, and air conditioning. You’ll also have access to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and storage space. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a towel warmer. A separate toilet.
