In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, not far from some of Périgord's most outstanding sites, come and discover the many castles from medieval times and, in the Vézère Valley, the most renowned prehistoric sites.
Close to Beynac and Castelnaud, "Le chai de Gandil" is a charming family home with stone walls, hedges and fences, and a garden planted with trees for relaxing moments. As for the play areas, they're sure to delight young and old alike, with games of pétanque, badminton, ping-pong and darts. The big plus is the 4x6m, 1.50m-deep, chlorine-heated private swimming pool, open from May 15 to September 15, secured by an alarm and a fence.
The hundred-year-old walnut tree provides a cool spot at certain times of day. Outside, a large, shaded terrace offers a panoramic view over the property, allowing you to enjoy the evenings around the barbecue or plancha.

On the first floor, a kitchen opening onto a large living room is ideal for convivial meals. A traditional open fireplace in the living room, which can be used in winter, adds warmth to this space. A gaming room completes the first floor, with table soccer and darts.
Upstairs, you'll find a master suite with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite bathroom. Then 2 spacious bedrooms, each with 1 140x190 bed. An independent shower room. Two WCs, one on the first floor and the other upstairs.
Please note that a 2-person apartment adjoins the Holiday cottage, and will be occupied until June 2026.
