After a day of exploring, you can take a refreshing dip in the Piscine shared with the owners, or enjoy the beautiful view over the Dordogne. Nearby, the "voie verte" cycle route linking Prigonrieux to Bergerac is ideal for cycling or walking. The Holiday cottage is also within easy reach of the shops in the City of Prigonrieux. Ideally located, you can discover Bergerac's old town, stroll through the picturesque streets of the historic center, take a gabarre trip on the Dordogne, admire the panoramic view of the vineyards of Périgord Pourpre from the Château de Monbazillac, visit some magnificent bastides, or discover the many local Markets in the region.

Large living room with fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher...), dining area and lounge with TV, 2 sofas (one convertible), wifi. A bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC. In front of the Holiday cottage, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and plancha. You'll also be able to enjoy around 2000 m2 of unenclosed garden shared with the owners. And a shared 6.5x3.5m, 1.30m-deep, above-ground chlorine swimming pool, open from May to the end of October, secured by alarm. The Holiday cottage is set in a small property comprising the owners' semi-detached house and a year-round dwelling.
