The property features a private swimming pool, a large covered terrace ideal for meals and socializing, and a vegetable garden made available by the owners depending on the season. The grounds also include a vast park shared with the owners, who live on site. This pretty garden with its cedar trees is sure to delight you.
The Holiday cottage is close to many tourist attractions: Montignac-Lascaux and the Centre International de l'Art Pariétal (20 km), the Vézère valley and its prehistoric sites, Les Eyzies (30 km), Sarlat-la-Canéda and its medieval center (45 km), as well as the Rouffignac caves. Périgueux and its Saint-Front cathedral (30km) are also within easy reach. This location allows you to discover the heritage, villages and landscapes of the Périgord Noir region.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a dining table, a living room with sofas, TV and WiFi. Bathroom with shower and WC. On the 1st floor, a 1st bedroom with a 180x200 bed. Separate WC. Then 2 adjoining bedrooms: in the 1st, a 140x190 bed, and in the 2nd, 2 90x200 beds. Fan in all bedrooms.
Outside, you'll find a large covered terrace with garden furniture, plancha and lounge.
Enjoy the owners' unenclosed grounds of around 8 hectares between garden and woods. Private Piscine, 12x6, salt water, progressive depth from 1m20 to 2m, alarmed and open from May to September. At your disposal: pétanque court, table tennis and badminton set.
