House in Périgord Vert ideal for a Countryside break with indoor and outdoor billiards facilities

The Holiday cottage is located in a hamlet comprising three other accommodations, each with its own private space, guaranteeing comfort and privacy. Enjoy the communal areas, with 1 hectare of orchard, playground equipment for Kids: play structure, shutter and badminton net, soccer cage ideal for young and old to share convivial moments in the open air. Located in Eyzérac, the Holiday cottage allows you to discover a destination appreciated for its nature and varied activities. Hiking, cycling, discovering Périgord villages, local markets and heritage sites are just some of the activities on offer. It's the ideal place to take full advantage of the Dordogne's riches, with leisure activities to suit all ages. When you return from your visits, you can enjoy the above-ground swimming pool in the 540 m2 fully enclosed garden, the ping pong table, the lounge, the garden table, or the deckchairs around a good barbecue (electric barbecue).

After 7 steps, you'll reach the house with its independent, fully-equipped kitchen. On the left is the dining room with a dining table and desk.
