In the Dordogne Valley, the ideal setting for a relaxing stay and sightseeing. Set in lush green surroundings, you'll enjoy the 700 m2 garden below the gîte, with a trampoline and swing for the kids. The owner will be delighted to show you around her henhouse (hens, roosters, rabbits, chickens). In Calviac, you can see the ferryman's house, which bears witness to past trade on the river, the last ferry crossing having taken place in 1952. You can also take advantage of the proximity of world-famous tourist sites such as Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage 11 km away, the Bastide town of Domme 17 km away, the village of La Roque Gageac and the châteaux of the Dordogne Valley. In neighboring départements: the Padirac chasm, Rocamadour, St Cyr Lapopie and Collonges la Rouge.

This 55 m2 stone house is semi-detached from the owners' house (retired farmers). On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped living room with kitchenette, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and sitting area with TV and sofa. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, and 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed (maximum capacity of the Holiday cottage must not exceed 4 people), a bathroom with shower and 2 basins. Separate WC. You'll appreciate the 20 m2 terrace in front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha, as well as the 180 m2 courtyard. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, linen, electricity, heating included. Sheets 10 €/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning 50 €. Bathroom linen 6€/person/change.
