Apartment located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence with elevator, overlooking the river with a beautiful view of Bergerac. The historic center of the City is a 3-minute walk away, as are the various Museums, services, shops, restaurants, activities and tourist office. You'll enjoy 2 south-facing terraces overlooking the DORDOGNE river, one of which is covered for lunch and sunbathing, and a balcony at the rear of the apartment.
You'll have access to a bright living room (sofa, armchair, Wifi, TV), a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction, 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds (storage cupboard) and a shower room. Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine. Secure parking space in the residence.

L'appartement équipé de 2 balcons avec une vue magnifique sur la Dordogne est fonctionnel, spacieux, très propre et agréable.
La résidence sécurisée offre une très belle prestation tout en étant à deux pas du centre-ville, on peut tout faire à pied !

Food lovers Autumn delight
The apartment was very well situated for walking around the centre of Bergerac, lovely position overlooking the river and getting daylong sunshine on either of it’s two balconies. Secure parking saved endless searching for parking spaces.

Emma Merveilleux séjour à Bergerac
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement qui était superbe avec vue sur la Dordogne. Le logement est spacieux et calme avec en même temps la proximité des commerces. Ce furent des vacances très reposantes, Bergerac est une petite ville très agréable et dynamique où il fait bon vivre, à recommander.

Emelie Great place to stay in Bergerac
A wonderful place to stay, we felt right at home. Very warm welcome by the owner, there was even a bottle of wine ready. Apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator. Very spacious living room / dining room, 2 bedrooms with excellent bed, spacious bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a storage room with washing machine. Small but well equipped kitchen. All very clean. Two sunny balconies with a view of the Dordogne and in good weather the Chateau Monbazillac, from the bedrooms a view of the old town. Private enclosed parking and a gate on the side so that you are at most 5 minutes walk to the harbor and the center where there are plenty of restaurants. We have not been able to discover a single negative point, can recommend it to everyone!

Traduction : Un endroit merveilleux où séjourner, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire... Appartement au 2ème étage avec ascenseur. Séjour/salle à manger très spacieux, 2 chambres avec excellent lit, salle de bain spacieuse avec douche, WC séparé, un débarras avec lave-linge. Cuisine petite mais bien équipée. Tout est très propre. Deux balcons ensoleillés avec vue sur la Dordogne et par beau temps sur le Château Monbazillac, depuis les chambres vue sur la vieille ville. Parking privé fermé et portail sur le côté pour que vous soyez au maximum à 5 minutes à pied du port et du centre où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants. Nous n'avons pas pu découvrir un seul point négatif, je peux le recommander à tout le monde !

Increible apartamento para 4 personas en el centro de Bergerac con preciosas vistas al río Dordoña que se pueden disfrutar en su amplia y equipada terraza. Muy moderno, luminoso y tranquilo.
Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias hoy en día como son climatización, lavavajillas o una smart TV además de WIFI. También una cocina muy bien equipada. Dispone de Parking que para nosotros resultaba imprescindible.Richard el propietario fue muy atento y nos indicó posibles visitas en la zona que realizamos y resultaron una maravilla. ¡Muchas gracias Richard!

Traduction : Incroyable appartement pour 4 personnes au centre de Bergerac avec de belles vues sur la rivière Dordogne dont on peut profiter sur sa terrasse spacieuse et équipée. Très moderne, lumineux et calme.
Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire (climatisation, lave-vaisselle, smart TV, WIFI, cuisine très bien équipée et d'un parking qui était un critère essentiel pour nous. Richard, le propriétaire, a été très attentif et nous a parlé des visites possibles dans la région. Merci beaucoup Richard!
