Set off on foot or by bike to pick up your fresh bread or newspaper before embarking on one of the nearby Hiking trails. Canoe base and tennis court right next door.

House in the heart of Le Bugue in Périgord Noir. Entrance via the dining area (dining area, decorative fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher......) and a living room with TV, sofas, fiber optic internet. On the first floor, you'll have access to a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Bedroom 3 has a 160cm bed and access to the roof terrace. The last bedroom also has access to the terrace and 2 90cm beds. The 2500 m2 garden features a pétanque court, a swing for the Kids, comfortable garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs. Location for cars on the property.
