Former village railway station fully renovated into an air-conditioned home. On the ground floor, you'll find a lovely open-plan living area with a pellet stove, a fully-equipped kitchen and a room opening onto a terrace with a swimming pool and an outbuilding with a masonry Jacuzzi that's accessible all year round. This house has a master suite with a 140x200 bed, shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs (22 steps), you'll find a large shower room (double basin, shower and WC), two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, and two bedrooms, each with 2 90x200 beds. This Holiday cottage is equipped with several outdoor activities: ping-pong table, swing, portico, basketball hoop, soccer cage. Private outdoor Piscine, unheated, with chlorine, open from June to October, 9x5 m, 1.50 m deep. Olympic-size petanque court.
