Semi-detached house with another 8-person Holiday cottage and the owner's house. The living room has a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto the dining area and lounge (TV, wifi, wood-burning stove). 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed, the last with a shower room opening onto the bedroom. You'll also have access to a 2nd shower room. 2 separate WCs. Upstairs is a mezzanine with a Kids' play area (Lego, books).
In front of the Holiday cottage is a 40m2 private garden overlooking the Piscine, with barbecue and garden furniture. Shared swimming pool open from June to the end of September (size 11x5, chlorine, depth 1.50, secured by roller shutter). Shared laundry room with outside access and washing machine.
