In this haven of peace, you'll enjoy a private pond with rowing boats and a shared swimming pool, nestled below the Holiday cottage on the other side of the small road. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy no-kill fishing in a peaceful setting: the pond is home to carp, pike, king perch and roach (don't forget your tackle!). Kids, meanwhile, will be delighted to meet our animals: chickens, guinea pigs, peacocks, ducks, goats....

Ideally located in the Périgord Noir, 10 minutes from Sarlat, this small 60 m2 detached house is set in the middle of the woods on the heights of a 3.6-hectare estate of several Holiday cottages. There's a living room with a sofa, to which the owner can add a 140cm bed (on request, photo) if the steps are too difficult for you. You'll have access to the kitchen with oven, 4 induction hobs, microwave, combi-freezer and a shower room with shower and WC. No washing machine in the Holiday cottage. The bedrooms are upstairs, accessible via a steep ladder (53°). You'll enjoy 1 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You'll appreciate the shared 14mx6m, 1.50m-deep, chlorine-filled, heated, alarmed and fenced swimming pool, open from May to late September, and the fishing pond.Baby bed and high chair. There is no television in this Holiday cottage.
