Comfortable gîte (with SPA) located in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, in southern Périgord, on the Dordogne/Lot border, 25 km from Sarlat and 30 km from Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac. Just a few kilometers south of the Céou Valley, a tributary of the Dordogne, you can enjoy all the sites of the Dordogne Valley (Château de Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), stroll through the villages, 10 of which are listed as "France's most beautiful villages" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), take a gabare or canoe trip on the Dordogne, visit gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...) or take the Bastides route (Villefranche du Périgord, Monpazier, Domme, Belvès...). The LOT department, 3 km away, opens its doors to you (Gourdon, Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie .....).

Enclosed grounds of 450 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue at rear with panoramic views over Countryside and hamlet. Swing, sandpit and table tennis (rackets and balls not supplied). 1 baby bed, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub, 1 changing table, 1 potty.
Jacuzzi (5 seats and 1 recliner) accessible from outside behind the house all year round.
