In the countryside, in the heart of the village of Carlux, this gîte is ideally located: close to the most beautiful tourist sites such as Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, Beynac castle, Castelnaud castle, Marqueyssac gardens or the "most beautiful villages in France" such as La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Limeuil... You can also take a stroll along the Vézère Valley, visit Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of prehistory, and the Centre International de l'Art Pariétal, Lascaux 4 in Montignac, or take a day trip to neighboring Lot to discover Padirac or Rocamadour.

This pleasant detached house features an enclosed garden, a play area for children, and a private swimming pool (heated, salt water, size 12.5x5m, depth 1.5m and secured by a barrier) open from May to the end of September.
On the first floor, you'll find a lovely living room with lounge and dining area, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. On the same level, you'll have access to a suite with two 90x190 twin beds and its own shower room with toilet, as well as separate toilets. Upstairs (17 steps), you'll find a suite with twin 90x190 beds and en-suite shower room. An independent bathroom and two bedrooms with twin 90x190 beds are also available upstairs.
