At the end of an alley, this former village house has been converted into a Holiday cottage, with a surprisingly light and spacious layout. A veritable Theater set, it has been entirely renovated using salvaged materials and antique objects. The living room opens onto a small courtyard, ideal for summer evenings.
Just 200 meters from a river ideal for fishing, the Holiday cottage is also close to village amenities such as a cheese shop, bakery and café-restaurant, as well as a tennis court, pétanque area, media library and health center. At the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, you can discover the unspoilt countryside and rich heritage of the Périgord Vert region. Just a few kilometers away, the Villars cave and Puyguilhem castle bear witness to local history. And let's not forget the richness of the surrounding countryside, a veritable bower of greenery that has given the Périgord Vert its name.

Holiday cottage adjoining a barn and a house, on 3 levels. On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen (4 gas rings, dishwasher, mini-oven...) opens onto a vast living room with cathedral ceiling, including a dining area and lounge with TV, wifi and wood-burning stove (the only heating system). Also on this level is a 1-person bedroom with window onto the living room, and a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. The 1st floor includes a dormitory with three 90cm beds, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where you'll find a bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be converted to 160cm. Outside, a grassy enclosed courtyard of approx. 100 m² with garden furniture and gas hob. Two parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage.
