This charming house is located on the heights of Groléjac, 400 m from the shops and less than 8 km from Sarlat and Gourdon. Groléjac is a very attractive village with three main attractions: the port, the mouline and the Lake.
You'll have easy access to the major sites of the Périgord Noir. Discover the castles (Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac...), listed villages (La Roque-Gageac, Domme...), gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...), canoe trips and the Groléjac Lake, a relaxing place to swim, fish, stroll around the lake or in the marsh, which has its own discovery trail.
You can also take advantage of your vacation to get closer to the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites (Centre International de l'Art Pariétal Lascaux IV in Montignac) and troglodytic sites.

In the heart of the village, you'll have a reserved parking space, and additional vehicles can be parked in the village squares below.
After 18 steps, you'll reach the house and have access to a shaded terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
Upon entering the Holiday cottage, you'll enter directly into the living room with corner sofa, TV and dining area, then on the same level you'll have access to a modern, fully-equipped independent kitchen and a separate toilet.
Upstairs (14 steps) you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a shower room with WC and a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and its own small terrace.
Outside, on the terrace level, is a small room with a washing machine.
