The house boasts a private, unoverlooked terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. Its star feature: a private indoor Spa, accessible all year round, for a moment of Wellbeing and relaxation after a day of discovery. Ideally located between Périgueux and Le Bugue, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the treasures of the Périgord. Nearby, discover the caves of Lascaux and Rouffignac, stroll through the listed villages of Limeuil, Domme and La Roque-Gageac and take advantage of the many nature activities on offer: canoeing, Hiking, cycling. You can also sample local specialties at the markets: foie gras, truffles, walnuts and Bergerac wines.

You'll enter the Holiday cottage via a corridor leading to a living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine...), dining area and lounge with sofa bed, TV and WiFi. The Holiday cottage also features a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, separate WC, and a bathroom with shower (80x80) and washbasin. At the front of the gîte, you'll enjoy an unoverlooked terrace equipped with garden furniture, an awning, deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue, all overlooking a beautifully wooded garden of around 1000 m², in the heart of the owners' several-hectare park. Just 5 meters from the Holiday cottage, an enclosed room houses a 4-seater Spa (accessible all year round), complete with armchairs and a Bluetooth audio system for listening to your music.
