This old, restored gîte overlooking a forest and a house is located in the Auvézère Valley, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, hiking, horse-riding and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow gorges, in the heart of a protected nature reserve. 5 km from the Forges de Savignac Lédrier and 10 km from the Base nautique de Rouffiac (pedal boats, electric boats, waterski lift, windsurfing, canoeing, optimist, tower climbing, archery, paint ball, zip line, adventure course, mountain biking...). Fishing 1 km from St Mesmin. 45 km from Périgueux, city of Art and History.
6 km from Juillac (shops), detached 43 m2 house close to a house in a hamlet and an active stone quarry. All on one level. Living room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove in fireplace. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating. Unenclosed grounds of 600 m2 with 22 m2 terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Linen not provided. Wood and electricity included. Bathroom linen 8 €/person/change. Sheets 8 €/bed/change. Gwen Très bien
Les Propriétaires sont très gentils très bien accueillis avec une petite attention qui fait plaisir ( des œufs frais et surtout des super tomates du jardin ). On est au calme à la campagne. ( Sauf quand le vent souffle dans notre direction et que malheureusement on entend la carrière mais nous ça nous a pas dérangé car très souvent partie visiter. Et sincèrement sur les 15 jours on l'a entendu seulement 3 matins. ) Il y a de très beaux paysages car tout autour c'est la nature. Et rapport qualité prix il n'y a rien à dire.

Les Bretons Excellent séjour
Agréable séjour dans le Périgord vert.
Le gîte est convenable, le petit hameau est très calme et peu passager. La carrière est tout près, mais très peu de nuisance. Le gîte est assez frais et agréable.
Départ de randonnées le long de l'Auvézère à 5kms du gîte

2 ème passage. Toujours aussi super. Y aller les yeux fermés sans problème. Le confort la tranquillité l'emplacement l'équipement rien ne manque On reviendra sûrement au mois d'août.
