Holiday cottage overlooking the Countryside between Périgueux and Bergerac

Located in Clermont-de-Beauregard, this 4-person Holiday cottage has a lovely garden and unobstructed views of the surrounding Countryside. It's an ideal base for exploring the riches of the Périgord region. Nearby Bergerac, with its historic town center, quayside and famous Vineyards, notably around Monbazillac and Pécharmant, is a magnet for visitors. The Château de Monbazillac, open to visitors, offers a remarkable panorama of the vineyards.
Périgueux, a city of art and history, is within easy reach and well worth a visit for its Saint-Front cathedral, medieval streets and Gallo-Roman remains. Heritage lovers will also appreciate the bastide towns of Lalinde, Beaumont-du-Périgord and Monpazier, among the finest in the region. The Dordogne valley offers a wide range of activities, including canoeing, gabarre cruises and swimming. There are also numerous footpaths and bicycle paths, not to mention local markets and Périgord specialities.

Bungalow with a living-dining room (sofa, TV, Wifi, fireplace with insert (only heating method), a fully-equipped closed kitchen (4 gas rings, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...) . There are 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.
At the front of the Holiday cottage is a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and charcoal barbecue. Unenclosed garden of approx. 2000m2. On-site parking.
Bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning and household linen are included in the price. Towel : 6€ / person, Pet supplement : 3€ / day / pet.
