For a successful stay with family or friends in the Périgord Noir, away from the crowds but close to the most prestigious sites, such as the famous châteaux of Beynac, Castelnaud and Les Milandes, the magnificent gardens of Eyrignac or Marqueyssac, the pretty villages of Domme or La Roque-Gageac... and of course Sarlat and its old town! You're in the golden triangle, at the gateway to Quercy (Padirac, Rocamadour, Collonges)!
Inside, we've thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible: underfloor heating, 2 shower rooms, bedrooms with king-size beds, plenty of storage space and harmonious, contemporary decor. The owners are welcoming and connoisseurs of the region, who will give you a taste for good things.
The swimming pool is equipped with a dome for optimum safety and a wider range of bathing periods in spring and autumn.
This comfortable house has all the ingredients for a great vacation! This detached house, opposite the owners', features a living room with TV and Internet, a dining room with an integrated kitchen. On the first floor, the 1st bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room and private terrace. Separate WC. Laundry room, washing machine.
The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs: 1 with a 160cm bed and one with 2 adjustable 90cm beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. Separate WC.
You'll enjoy a landscaped terrace and an unheated, salt dome-covered swimming pool, 9 x 4m, 1.40m deep, with stair access, alarm, open from May to October, night lighting and a 1500 m2 garden (not enclosed). On-site parking for 3 cars.
Baby bed and high chair. End-of-stay cleaning 100€. Sheets and towels included. 5-euro plug per recharge.

Serge et Nicole ont mis quelques années à construire cette maison. Ils ont façonnés sur mesure cette belle maison comme pour eux. Leur potager est juste à coté du gîte et vous profiterez certainement des légumes de saison. Ils seront là pour vous conseillers dans vos choix de visite.

Aline&Chris Un séjour de rêve !
Une maison, plus qu'un gîte, incroyable, confortable, parfaitement équipée et tellement agréable à vivre. L'extérieur, avec la piscine et les nombreuses possibilités pour se reposer soit au soleil soit à l'ombre, est tout aussi appréciable et impeccable. Et que dire de l'accueil si amical de Nicole et de Serge qui mettent tout de suite à l'aise et sont de très bons conseils pour les visites sortant un peu de l'ordinaire aux alentours.
Bref, une excellente adresse à retenir et où il sera si bon de revenir...- Cleanliness

Stephdu63 Calme et reposant
Gîte idéalement placé, au calme et à la campagne tout en restant proche des différentes activités à faire (entre 30 et 50min que ce soit pour le Gouffre de Padirac ou Lascaux, la Vézère, la Dordogne, les châteaux,…).
Gîte bien équipé et très confortable avec une piscine très agréable avec sa grande terrasse surtout avec la période canicule que nous avons vécu. La maison est restée fraîche et les fenêtres étant équipées de moustiquaires, facile d’aérer pendant la nuit.- Cleanliness

cricri vacances entre amis
gite très confortable bien indépendant de la villa des propriétaires situé de l'autre coté de la rue , maison neuve , bien équipée et spacieuse, bénéficiant de 2 salles de bain et 2 XC indépendants, de beaucoup d'espaces de rangements et d'une belle piscine avec transats et parasols.
Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux et disponible tout en restant discret.gite bien situé quant à la découverte des principaux villages de la Dordogne.
Bref, on y a passe à 4 , soit 2 couples, un séjour de 8 jours sur place qui nous a comblé.
Nous y retourneronsles amis de Normandie et de la Presqu'ile Guerandaise
