Between nature, culture, heritage and Périgord gastronomy, you'll enjoy a wide choice of activities and visits in the surrounding area: medieval bastides, valley castles, prehistoric sites, remarkable gardens or canoe trips on the Dordogne. Ideal for nature lovers, the accommodation offers direct access to the Hiking trails starting from the house, perfect for walks in the Forest. The living room opens onto large bay windows giving access to a covered terrace with unobstructed views over the surrounding Countryside, a real highlight of the house. There's also garden furniture for outdoor dining. Down below, a large private Piscine with views over the hills completes this exceptional setting, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring.

On the 1st floor, a 1st bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a 2nd bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bathroom with 2 basins, 1 corner bath. Separate WC. Enclosed courtyard with gate and parking spaces. An enclosed garden of approx. 100m2 around a private unheated saltwater swimming pool, 6m x 10 m and 2.50 m deep, secured by an alarm and gate, open from June to September. Barbecue and ping-pong table. Laundry room with washing machine in the basement.
