This pleasant house is located in the middle of 8 hectares of forest on a beekeeping park that offers great opportunities for hiking and walking. The owners invite you to discover the trails they have marked themselves. Will you be able to find the Land Art works along the way?
In terms of tourism, the Moulin du Duellas barges are just a few minutes away, and the Grand Etang de la Jemaye is around 20km away. You're also 30km from Saint-Emilion and the Bergerac region, famous for its bastides and vineyards, making it the perfect base for a day trip.
The gîte borders the Gironde department.

Detached house, not overlooked, with kitchen opening onto the living/dining room with TV and pellet stove. Small laundry room with washing machine and freezer. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed + dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 90x190 beds that can be converted into a 180cm bed, plus separate WC. There's also a 9x4 swimming pool (chlorine, alarmed, to be shared with the owners) open from May to the end of September. The pool is not attached to the gîte, but is located a little further out on the property, with no direct view.
