Nestled in the middle of a wooded park, it offers a verdant setting ideal for recharging your batteries. The real assets of this Holiday cottage are its private Piscine and large terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.
Ideally situated for discovering the treasures of the Vézère Valley, it's just 5km from Montignac, with all its shops and the famous Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art. You can also visit the Musée National de la Préhistoire in Les Eyzies de Tayac, 30km away, stroll through the narrow streets of Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, or discover the majestic Château de Hautefort (gardens and Doctor's Museum), 25km away.
An ideal place to enjoy the Dordogne's gentle way of life.

Ground floor: spacious living room with sofa, working fireplace, dining area for 4 and fully-equipped kitchen (4 gas rings, mini-oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge-freezer, washing machine...). Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 140x190 bed, air conditioning, and an open-plan bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
Outside, enjoy a large south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and electric barbecue. Then, after a few steps, a private swimming pool, 5.50 m in diameter, 1.20 m deep, salt water, ladder access, alarmed, open from June to end September.
