Halfway between Brive and Périgueux, this gîte is ideally located for discovering the emblematic tourist sites of Périgord (17km from Lascaux 4 in Montignac, 12km from Hautefort: château and Musée de la Médecine, 13km from Tourtoirac cave, 23 km from Terrasson, 45 km from Sarlat, and close to many of the department's major tourist sites (châteaux, gardens, caves, troglodytic sites, leisure sites). For nature-lovers, there are many marked hiking trails in the area. You can also try your hand at accrobranche in Thenon, canoeing in Montignac and St Léon sur Vézère, and tennis in Azerat. Swimmers can cool off in a green screen at the Azerat swimming pool (supervised) or at the Cuckoo pond in Hautefort.

This recent Bungalow built in 2022 features a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, reversible air-conditioning.the first bedroom has a 180x200 double bed and a desk, the second a 140x190 bed and the third 2 90x190 beds, a desk and kids' games. There's also a bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and separate toilet. The living room is heated by reversible air-conditioning. The bedrooms are heated electrically.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchair and swing for Kids, and enclosed grounds.
