Come and recharge your batteries for 2 at La Petite Maison in the heart of the Vézère Valley!

Situated between the Vézère and Dordogne rivers, in the Vallée de l'Homme, in the commune of Le Bugue, 30 minutes from Sarlat. Its location is ideally suited to cultural or outdoor vacations, such as visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), strolls through villages, 10 of which are classified as "France's most beautiful villages" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), gabarre and canoe trips on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...)... Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of prehistory, 9 km away, numerous hiking trails...
You'll enjoy 2 terraces, one on the first floor and the other in the living room, as well as a barbecue. You'll have access to 4000m² of enclosed private grounds (wire fencing, hedges and wooden fencing), with a large gate to bring the car in and a small entrance gate near the house.

Detached 42 m² Gîtes de France® Holiday cottage below the owner's house. On the first floor, you'll find a shower room (Italian shower, washing machine, bathroom linen provided, hair dryer). Separate WC. Down 2 steps to the living area with kitchenette (dishwasher, induction hob/oven, fridge and microwave), dining area, sitting area with 2 armchairs and TV. Wifi access. On the 1st floor, you'll find a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds that can be joined together to create a 160x200 bed, or separated as required (bed linen provided). In fine weather, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for relaxation (off-season: on request, weather permitting).
The Holiday cottage is ideal for 2 people; however, it is not recommended for a baby who walks, as it has several levels (steps).
