Located in Biras, in the heart of the Périgord Vert region, between Périgueux and Brantôme, this single-storey Holiday cottage welcomes you to a preserved natural setting. Close to the owners, you'll enjoy a shared garden of around one hectare, bordered by a densely wooded Forest. Designed with Wellbeing in mind, the garden is accessible to people with disabilities.
Heritage lovers can discover Périgueux, a City of Art and History, with its cathedral and medieval streets. Brantôme, the "Venice of Périgord", will charm you with its troglodytic abbey. Just 10 km away, the Château de Bourdeilles reveals a medieval-Renaissance ensemble. At 22 km, the Villars caves reveal a décor combining natural concretions and prehistoric paintings. Come and enjoy the gentle pace of life in the Périgord Vert, where nature, heritage and gastronomy come together.

Holiday cottage on one level with a beautiful living room composed of a sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV, Wifi by fiber, pellet stove), dining room and an open kitchen equipped (4 gas rings, oven, dishwasher...). Laundry room with washing machine. A 1st bedroom with a 140x190 bed, suitable for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. An additional 90cm bed can also be installed if required. A 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A bathroom designed to facilitate access for visually impaired, reduced-mobility or wheelchair users, with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. 2nd separate WC. The bedrooms and living room are fitted with mosquito nets. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and covered plancha. You'll have access to a bike and motorcycle shed. You'll share an unfenced garden of around 1 hectare with the owners, as well as a pétanque court.
