A beautiful detached stone house. You can enjoy a private swimming pool, 4mx6m, 1.45m deep, salt water, gated, open from May to September, with a beautiful view of the church. From the garden, 6 steps lead to the living room with TV and piano. Dining room. A fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen leads to a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and view of the Piscine. On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: the 1st with 1 bed 140x190, a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190. Bathroom with bath and WC. Outside, a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, with a pool house (shower and wc) for the swimming pool. Parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Access to a small non-adjoining garden with swing.
