Discover the nuggets of the Bergerac region, our most beautiful villages (Cadouin, Issigeac, Biron). You'll appreciate this permanent invitation to discovery, to Hiking for those who love it, to canoeing along the river, to small local producers' Markets..., to visits of the Bastides and the nectars of the Vineyards. Enjoy an all-inclusive Holiday cottage.
Detached 55 m2 house opposite the owners' house in Bergerac (City of Art and History), but not in the town center. On one level, you'll enter through the kitchen/dining room (no dishwasher), 3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, open onto the living room with TV and internet, reversible air-conditioning. You'll occupy a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a curtained 9m2 alcove with a 140x190 BZ sofa. Bathroom with shower and WC.
Covered terrace of 18 m2 in front of the Holiday cottage with barbecue and 1500 m2 garden to share with the owner.
Private parking in enclosed courtyard. Bikes available: 1 women's bike, 1 men's bike.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning except in the bedroom.
Bed linen, towels, household linen, electricity and heating included. Housekeeping included.

Guy et Lucienne ont mis 2 ans pour rénover de leurs mains cette bâtisse du Périgord Pourpre afin de vous accueillir avec tout le confort qu'ils aimeraient eux-même trouver dans un gîte. Ils vous ouvriront les portes de leur jardin et vous inviteront à y passer quelques heures au soleil ou à l'ombre avec un bon livre et pourquoi pas, le soir, à profiter de la proximité de Bergerac et de ses restaurants.

Accueil excellent du propriétaire, une belle corbeille , ainsi que des légumes de son jardin ainsi qu'une grande discrétion. Le gite est complet. Tout est à disposition ce qui allège les valises . La région est très riche en lieux à visiter et appréciable par sa restauration pour toutes les finances.

Île de france La dordogne
Gîte très bien aménagé et propriétaires charmants et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Nous avons découvert un panier garni de produits maison et locaux, ainsi que des légumes de leur potager. Guy et Lucienne nous ont également indiqué les restaurants du centre ville. C’est une adresse à recommander.

Soliline Location FORMIDABLE
Lucienne et Guy savent accueillir. Ils sont adorables. Conseils pour les visites. Jamais je n'ai eu un accueil aussi chaleureux, mais pas envahissants, très bien. Jardins fleuris à souhait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez eux. C'est une adresse à conserver et à conseiller. Très sincèrement.

PhiTine Accueil attentionné et discret
Petite maison dans un quartier tranquille de Bergerac juste à côté de celle du propriétaire.
Elle est idéale pour un couple, confortable et bien isolée. Il y a la climatisation mais nous ne l'avons pas allumée lors qu'il faisait plus de 30° dehors.
Le propriétaire est attentionné tout en étant discret. Merci pour le filet garni, les légumes du jardin, les crêpes et les verres de Monbazillac offerts.
