Le Patio de Sarlat is a single-storey Holiday cottage located in the Périgord Noir, in a secure residence "Les Hauts de Sarlat", 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from the historic center of Sarlat. Discover this Holiday cottage with a beautiful living room entirely renovated by the owners in 2025 with a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom on both. One bedroom with a 160x200 bed and air conditioning. One bedroom with two 90x200 beds. An independent shower room. Separate toilet. A private shaded terrace in front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Two private parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage. A swimming pool is available in the residence, to be shared with other residents from June to the end of August. Baby equipment: high chair and Umbrella bed are available on request.
