The gîte is located in the Dordogne Valley, close to major tourist attractions such as Sarlat, Castelnaud and Rocamadour, with uninterrupted views over the countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Nearby, cycle paths, signposted footpaths and the Dordogne River, where you can enjoy fishing and swimming.
Just 500m from the village, you can take advantage of the local grocery store and its friendly little market on Sunday mornings.
Detached house close to other homes. First floor: Living room with kitchenette, microwave, freezer, wifi. 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm). 1 baby bed. Shower room. WC. First floor: 1 bedroom: 2 single beds. Electric heating. Covered shed and vehicle parking. Enclosed grounds, bicycles available. Reinforced socket for vehicle recharging (meter reading). Price includes: linen, heating, electricity. Price does not include: bathroom linen: 5€/person, sheets: 10€/bed/change, end-of-stay cleaning 50€.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis. Gite bien équipé , propreté irréprochable, literie confortable. Repas pris sur la terrasse devant une très belle vue sur le château et la nature environnante puis petite sieste dans le relax.. avant d'aller visiter cette belle région, le bonheur!!

Le Cap dAgde. Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte " La Paponie". Le propriétaire, M Donnat est une charmante personne. La location quant à elle, est conforme à la description, fonctionnelle et dotée d'une vue charmante. . La magnifique région du Périgord noir offre de nombreux sites à explorer,( La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Sarlat, le gouffre de Proumeyssac, Beynac et Cazenac).Ainsi que Rocamadour et Collonges La Rouge, respectivement dans le Lot et la Corrèze), mais pas très éloignées de Calviac.
D'excellents commerces à environ 5km. Un grand remerciement pour la petite attention à notre arrivée. Les tomates du jardin étaient très bonnes. C'est une location que je recommanderais sans réserve.- Cleanliness
