This is a detached air-conditioned house with an unfenced 2000m2 garden at the end of a cul-de-sac of 4 houses. You'll enjoy a wooden terrace in front of the kitchen with a barbecue and garden furniture. The living room (TV,internet)/dining room opens onto the kitchen. Separate toilet and shower room with walk-in shower (washing machine and dryer). 2 ground-floor bedrooms with 1 140x190 bed and 1 160x200 bed.
Upstairs, you'll have access to a mezzanine with 2 90cm beds and a bedroom with 1 160cm x 200cm bed that can be converted into 2 80cm x 200cm beds.
