In the heart of the Périgord Noir region, 9 km from Le Bugue (Aquarium du Périgord Noir, village of Le Bournat, Proumeyssac chasm...), 13 km from Les Eyzies de Tayac (Font de Gaume cave, Grand Roc cave, national prehistory museum...), 31 km from Montignac (Centre International de l'Art Pariétal Lascaux 4) and 40 minutes from the cities of Sarlat, Périgueux and Bergerac, you'll be ideally placed to discover the cultural and historical heritage of our Périgord region.

9 km from Le Bugue (shops), 150 m² house adjoining the owners' home, not overlooked. Entrance via a large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room overlooking the terrace, garden and swimming pool. Descend 4 steps to reach 5 bedrooms, each with en suite shower room and WC: 3 bedrooms with 1 x 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds. Shared laundry room with the owner's with washing machine and tumble dryer. Unenclosed grounds of 1500 m2 with garden furniture, 25 m² terrace, barbecue, swing/toboggan. On-site parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Private, unheated, chlorine pool, open from May 1 to October 15, 4.50 m x 9 m, 1 to 1.50 m deep, secured by a fence. Petanque court.

    Quel noel!!!!

    Merci pour votre accueil

    Le gîte est immense.Parfait pour une semaine en famille...Très bien équipé pour cuisiner.
    Quel magnifique Noël nous avons passé !!
    En plus on va aux champignons à pied

    chaque chambre dispose d'une douche et un toilette!!!

    un gîte confortable aec excellent accueil

    Séjour très agréable : accueil avec cadeaux, chambres avec salle de bains et WC, grand salon - salle à manger- cuisine, piscine fonctionnelle, barbecue extérieur avec grande table ombragée, bonne situation pour randos ou excursions.

    Vacances en famille - Très chouette gîte

    Nous avons séjourné à La Miliade durant deux semaines cet été, en famille, à 10 avec 3 enfants. Le gîte est très chouette. Chacun y a sa chambre avec sa salle de bains et sa toilette, ce qui permet à tout le monde d’avoir son confort et son intimité. Les extérieurs sont super bien aménagés : grande piscine avec grille sécurisée, toboggan et balançoires, terrain de pétanque, grande table à côté du barbecue et un champ à l’arrière avec deux cages de foot. On y a passé une grande partie de notre séjour et les enfants étaient aux anges.

    Niveau visites, le gîte est plutôt bien placé. Le plus que nous ayons dû faire a été 45 minutes de voiture pour Sarlat et ses environs. Sinon, à proximité, il y a Les Eyzies, Le gouffre de Proumeyssac, la maison forte de Reignac, le Roque Saint-Christophe ou encore le village du Bournat.

    Très chouette endroit pour les grands groupes, je recommande et garde l’adresse.

    fijn verblijf

    Zeer rustige groene omgeving. Fijn (en omheind) zwembad. Goede BBQ. Leuke schommel en knollenveldje met voetbaldoeltjes.

    Traduction : Environnement très calme et verdoyant. Belle piscine (clôturée). Bon barbecue. Belle balançoire et petit terrain avec de petits buts de foot.
