The gîte is a beautifully renovated traditional stone house 38 km from Périgueux. It is located in a charming, typical rural village on the border between Périgord Noir and Périgord Vert, on the edge of a signposted footpath. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Nearby, you can discover the Château de Hautefort and its gardens, the Tourtoirac cave, the Auvézère Valley, the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley and the castles of the Dordogne Valley. 25 km from Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art).
Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, baby bath.
6 km from Hautefort (shops), 74 m2 detached house near a working farm. All on one level with wifi. Living room with kitchenette and fireplace. 1 bedroom: 1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 140cm bed. 1 bedroom: 1 x 140cm bed. Shower room (shower and washbasin). Separate WC. Electric heating. Enclosed grounds of 500 m2 (walls, gate and 1.20 m mesh). Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Charcoal barbecue. Opposite the Holiday cottage, there's an old bread oven that serves as a shed for storing wood and garden furniture in winter, and can also be used to house bicycles.

L’accueil a été très sympathique et le cadeau de bienvenue a été très apprécié : une attention vraiment très gentille.
Le gîte très propre, confortable et pratique est situé en pleine campagne, dans un environnement très calme et agréable, avec un très joli jardin.

Bik Boeck Wonderful gite in the beautiful Perignon countrysi
My son and I had a wonderful stay at Meynardie - also the name of the hamlet in which it resides. The lovely owners of Meynardie, who greeted up upon our arrival and showed us around, left us a basket of delicious walnuts and walnut oil from the nearby walnut groves.
The gite is a beautiful in tact stone cottage, nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen, nice 100% cotton sheets and thick towels :). The area is beautiful and peaceful yet close to villages such as Hautefort and Tourtoirac with restaurants, cafes and a large grocery store. We defintely recommend a stay at this lovely gite.- Cleanliness

Zouzou Un lieu calme en pleine nature
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour comme nous l'esperions, au calme côté nature.
Beaucoup de lieux à visiter.
Un accueil et maison agréable bien entretenue intérieur et extérieur.

La tribue Un havre de paix
Un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et des conseils à la pelle pour notre semaine qui fut bien remplie, des randonnées avec peut de dénivelés qui permettent de profitez pleinement des magnifiques arbres qui entourent le parcours. Mes loulous chiens ont adorés l’espace verdoyant et les recoins du jardin, de quoi attiser leur museaux en attendant la promenade à 100 m du gîte en sous bois et des prés qui longent la balade et ils ont dérangé gentiment chevreuil, écureuil et lapins. Visite du château de Hautefort, la belle ville de Sarlat, et tout à côté St Aignan, vous y aurez un accueil des plus sympathique de cette région, nous y avons eu que sourires et discutions passionnées, soit de leurs métiers ou du lieu. Le gîte est de plein pied, fonctionnel et bien agencé, un havre de paix.
