Situated south-east of Périgueux, this Holiday cottage is centrally located for exploring the whole of Périgord. You can easily reach the major sites of Périgord Noir such as Montignac and the Lascaux cave, Sarlat-la-Canéda, or Les Eyzies and its decorated caves. The markets of Le Bugue and Périgueux, City of Art and History, offer the chance to discover local specialities. Finally, a canoe trip is a great way to admire the region's castles and prehistoric landscapes.

House for 6 people with main room, shower room and 3 bedrooms. In the kitchen: microwave, oven, combined fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob. The living room has a sofa, armchairs and TV. The hallway leads to the shower room. Three bedrooms with 160 cm beds, two of which can be converted into two 80 cm beds. Reversible air-conditioning in the living room and radiators in the kitchen and bedrooms.
Private Piscine, 7 x 3 m, 1.50 m flat bottom, chlorine treatment, open from June to September. Unenclosed private grounds of 2,500 m², barbecue. Enclosed area with dog kennel.
On-site parking with secure gate. Baby equipment (Umbrella bed and high chair) on request. Small wood shed and bike storage.
