Activities: annual fête patronale on the first weekend in August. 5 km from Carsac-Aillac (shops) and 12 km from the world-famous medieval town of Sarlat, on the banks of the Dordogne Valley (river swimming 400 m away). Ideal location for quick access to the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir (castles, caves, villages...).

50m² single-storey house next to the church square. Living room with dining area, sitting room with TV and kitchen. WIFI ACCESS. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. One bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x190. One shower room. Separate WC. Central heating by heat pump.
Enclosed pebbled courtyard with garden furniture.
Outside, access to a small laundry room with washing machine and electric barbecue.
Possibility of storing bicycles or strollers in this small room. Parking space at the rear of the gite on the public square.
