This 80 m2 self-contained gîte is located in the Périgord Noir in the commune of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Museum of Medicine) and 20 km north of Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art), less than 10 minutes from a freeway exit. Enjoy the calm of its location and the charm of Périgord stone.
This tastefully and modernly renovated house is the ideal family accommodation for a vacation in our Périgord region, allowing you to take advantage of the region's tourist attractions.
You will have free access to a tennis court in Saint Rabier.

Access to the gîte via a staircase: living-dining room with fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob). On the first floor, you'll find a 1st bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a shower room. Separate WC.
With views over the owners' fields, you can sunbathe around the unheated swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, fenced and secured by an alarm, chlorine, dimensions 8mx4m, 1.50 deep, open from June to September.
Garden furniture next to the pool, with a plancha grill and ping-pong table.
