This 160 m2 gîte is located in Périgord Noir in the commune of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Museum of Medicine) and 20 km north of Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art), less than 10 minutes from a freeway exit. Enjoy the calm of its location and the charm of Périgord stone.
This tastefully renovated modern house is the ideal family accommodation for a vacation in our Périgord region, allowing you to take advantage of the region's tourist attractions.
You will have free access to a tennis court in Saint Rabier.
The owners will be delighted to show you around their farm (calves and walnuts). Depending on the season, children can watch the cows in the meadows behind the pool, about 150 m from the fence.

Access to the Holiday cottage via a staircase. Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen (3 induction hobs, dishwasher, oven). 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, and an independent shower room with shower cubicle. Laundry room with tumble dryer. Upstairs, you'll find access to the other bedrooms: one with 1 bed 160x200, one with 3 beds 90x190 and 1 bed 160x200, and a shower room with shower and WC. With a view over the fields, you'll be able to sunbathe around the private, unheated swimming pool, fenced and secured by an alarm, chlorine, 8mx4m, depth 1.50m, open from June to September. Covered terrace next to the private swimming pool with garden furniture, a plancha grill and a ping-pong table. The unenclosed grounds reserved for the Holiday cottage cover an area of approx. 3000m2. Laundry room on garden level with washing machine, tumble dryer and combined freezer. Baby equipment: high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub, stroller. End-of-stay cleaning option: 220€.
