House located 4 km from Brantôme, "La Venise du Périgord". Just 5 km away, you'll enjoy fishing, canoeing and swimming on the 1st category 'La Dronne' river, at the gateway to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park. Enjoy an exceptional living environment in the Dordogne.
You'll have access to a shady garden not adjoining the 1 ha Holiday cottage opposite, on the other side of the small road with a small swing, as well as to the fully enclosed courtyard adjoining the 110 m2 Holiday cottage, and enjoy the coolness of the old renovated barn with garden furniture and barbecue.
You'll love this detached house with no vis-à-vis. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with 2 sofas, a wood-burning stove, TV and WIFI, opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and 4 gas rings. Down a step, you'll find an African-style bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. This room boasts a surprising view of the restored barn, a must-see!
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bath and WC.

Caroline Superbe séjour !
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, après un accueil des plus chaleureux par Laurence ! C'est un lieu magnifique, très calme et apaisant. Le gite est aménagé avec goût et dispose de vastes pièces, toutes avec beaucoup de cachet. La literie est de grande qualité. La présence de la douche dans la chambre (très grande !) est un vrai plus. La cour est à l'image de la maison : accueillante et tres bien aménagée. A recommander sans hésitation.
A 5mn de Brantome, ville de toute beauté, que demander de plus ?

Belle maison ancienne en pierre restaurée, meublée avec goût.
Grandes chambres.
Excellent accueil par l'hôte.
Situation très proche de Brantôme (5min).
