Located in Bayac, between Bergerac and Sarlat, this typical Périgord stone house captivates with its authenticity and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you enter, you'll feel right at home. Its wooded, unoverlooked setting invites you to relax and get away from it all. Nearby, explore the Moulin de Laroque in Couze-Saint-Front, where paper is still made by hand, or stroll through the royal bastide of Beaumont-du-Périgord, founded in 1272. A place with character, ideal for soaking up local traditions and savoring the discreet charm of the Countryside.

Comfortable house, with fully equipped kitchen (central island, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) and living room (2 sofas, no TV, internet access).
On the night side, there are 2 bedrooms: one with 1 x 160cm bed, the other with 2 x 90cm beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and freezer.
Outside, you can enjoy a private swimming pool open from June to the end of September (chlorine, 6x3m, flat-bottomed, 1.5m deep, entry by steps, secured by alarm and dome).
