On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with a 3-seater sofa, 4 armchairs, a television, a wood-burning stove and reversible air conditioning, a dining area and a fully-integrated kitchen with all amenities. Separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs (18 steps) is a bedroom with a 180x200 bed, which can be converted into 2 90x200 beds on request. A 2nd bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a desk. A 3rd bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
Outside: enjoy a small enclosed courtyard at the front of the house and a large enclosed garden of over 500m² at the rear, with a terrace featuring garden furniture, 7 deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue.
