Treat yourself to a getaway in the heart of the Périgord Noir, nestled between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. This house is the perfect base for exploring the region’s most beautiful sites: Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque-Gageac, the Périgord bastides, Sarlat (28 km away), and the Lascaux caves.
From the terrace, admire the lush green valley, watch hot-air balloons float by at sunrise, and, with a little luck, spot deer crossing the meadows. Just a few kilometers away, enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, or the many hiking and mountain biking trails. Local shops are easily accessible. The beds will be made on arrival so you can start your stay with complete peace of mind.

House located in the Coux area of the Périgord Noir, at the end of a quiet road, offering a peaceful setting. On the ground floor, the living area includes a dining area and a living room with a TV and fiber-optic Internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, and fridge-freezer. It opens onto a covered north-facing terrace, offering an unobstructed view of the lush green valley, where you can spot deer and hot-air balloons.
Separate half-bath and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, all bedrooms are equipped with a 140 cm bed and reversible air conditioning.
Several hectares of unfenced land. The property also includes other unoccupied traditional Périgord buildings, as well as an apartment reserved for the owner and a building currently undergoing renovation.
Baby gear available upon request: Umbrella bed and booster seat. Private on-site parking within the property grounds.
