This detached house on several levels in the Countryside is just a 1km walk from the Nantheuil Lake (free), with children's play area and fast-food restaurant on the campsite.
From the private parking lot, access the living area with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room opening onto a suspended wooden terrace. Separate WC. Relax on the 2 terraces overlooking the Countryside and the owner's private pond. You'll be lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of the stream that runs below the property.
Garden level: 2 master suites, each with 1 x 160x200 bed and private shower room. Each bedroom has access to a large terrace with 6 deckchairs.
