Situated in the Périgord Noir region, close to famous tourist sites and 6 km from Montignac-Lascaux with its shops, this Holiday cottage offers a green setting with an unobstructed view over the valley and an unoverlooked swimming pool. The village of Auriac-du-Périgord boasts stone buildings, typical architecture and a river running through it. Sarlat is less than 30 minutes away, with its remarkably well-preserved medieval center, lively alleyways and famous Market. The nearby Vézère Valley invites you to discover major prehistoric sites such as Lascaux IV, Les Eyzies and La Roque Saint-Christophe, as well as the Château de Losse and the Proumeyssac chasm. Nature-lovers can explore the region's landscapes by hiking, cycling or canoeing on the Vézère or Dordogne rivers.

Located on the garden level of the owner's house, with independent access, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment...), a living room with sofa bed, TV and WiFi. A corridor leads to a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a bathroom with shower and WC. Storage cupboard with hanging space in the living room and hallway.
In front of the Holiday cottage is a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
A few steps down to a 5x10 private swimming pool, progressively deepened to 2 meters, with chlorine, secured by a fence. Around the Piscine you'll find sun loungers, parasol, shower and a 2nd terrace covered by a pergola with garden furniture.
