After 2 steps, you'll find the kitchen, equipped with 4 gas rings, combi-freezer, washing machine, microwave and oven. Upstairs, you'll find a shower room with Italian-style shower, and a WC with a dry toilet unique to the house. One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and another with a single bed (140x190cm).
A 700m2 private garden, with garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing area around the large 5x10m private Piscine, 2m deep at its deepest, chlorine-containing, alarm-protected and open from June to September. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and high chair. Private parking for 1 car on site.
