Situated in a village with all amenities and shops, a leisure center and a cycle route along the river (2 adult bikes available), our gîte is the ideal starting point for discovering the Périgord region. Périgueux, the Gallo-Roman capital, Sarlat, the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, Bergerac and its vineyards and bastides, the châteaux of the Dordogne Valley, gouffres, listed caves in the Vézère Valley, remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac...)... not forgetting our superb gastronomy!

2 km from Neuvic sur l'Isle (shops), 120 m² single-storey detached house comprising a large living room with dining area, lounge and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (140cm) and 1 single bed (160cm). Large shower room with Italian shower. Separate WC. Electric heating and air conditioning. Enclosed grounds of 1000 m². Terrace with awning and parasol. Garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and electric plancha. Baby equipment available on request (Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub). Electricity, heating and linen included. C'est la première fois que nous avons un gîte aussi propre c'est sûr nous gardons l adresse pour revenir

Superbe endroit bien au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Franchement une des meilleures locations que nous ayons eue. La maison et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la voiture est à l abri. Très bonne literie. Que dire de plus : rien car tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons vous voir. We had a fantastic stay. We were there for 3 weeks and had the most relaxing time. This is our third time staying here and we have never been disappointed. We had a warm welcome as usual from our hosts who made sure the house was in perfect order for our arrival and gave us a welcome gift of local produce. I cannot praise this place highly enough. Beautiful enclosed garden. House is well stocked with every amenity and utensil you can think of. It is in a very tranquil setting so you can just relax, but there are plenty of towns, markets and other places of interest within easy travelling distance. I would highly recommend and can't wait to book our next holiday there.
