Close to Périgueux, this house proudly displays its beautiful stone façade; it is certainly one of the oldest in the hamlet. During your visits to Périgueux, you'll be able to sample the charms of this City of Art and History, with its cathedral, its Wednesday and Saturday farmers' markets, its gastronomic delights with its many restaurants, and a city of history with many relics of a bygone era.
You're in the heart of the Périgord region: take a day trip to discover the Périgord Pourpre and its vineyards (50min), the Périgord Noir with the medieval town of Sarlat (54min) and the Vézère Valley (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art), the superb hiking trails of the Périgord Vert (45min)...
You'll love this house full of character, with its sober, chic decor that's perfect for your vacations. You're close to the "voie verte" (greenway), which is accessible to all on foot or by bike; a 30 km-long walking area along the river.

This stone house is adjoining the owners' house and is not overlooked. On the first floor, you enter through the living room with TV, sofa and internet access. There are 2 steps down to the fully-equipped kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave. Separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, and a shower room with 2 basins, WC and walk-in shower.
Public parking in front of the gîte. Fully enclosed 300 m2 garden (currently being planted) with 15 m2 terrace with plancha and garden furniture.
Bicycle storage available on site.
End-of-stay cleaning 60€. Sheets/bed 1 pers/change 10€. Sheets/bed 2 pers/change 20€. Towels/pers/change €5.
