Situated on the hillsides in the heart of Périgord Noir, this stone Holiday cottage, with its typical rural charm, is housed in an old farmhouse. Semi-detached from the owners' house and close to a year-round rental, it offers an immersion in the authentic life of the Perigord Countryside, with the few animals (sheep and chickens) present on site.
Nearby, discover the region's jewels: the Château des Milandes less than 10km away, the majestic Château de Beynac, the fascinating Château de Castelnaud, or the Jardins suspendus de Marqueyssac, perfect for a bucolic stroll. The medieval town of Sarlat (18km away), with its narrow streets full of character and lively Market, is not to be missed. For nature-lovers, there are numerous Hiking trails nearby, and the Dordogne is 2km away for canoeing. Not forgetting all the shops 4 kilometers away.

First floor: living room with kitchenette, dining room, sitting room with TV, fireplace and wifi Internet connection. Separate WC with hand-washer accessible by 1 step. 1st floor: a 140x190 bed and wardrobe on the mezzanine. There is a first bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a second bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds. Then there's a shower room with walk-in shower, double basin and WC. In front of the house you'll find a terrace, and a shed open on 2 sides (30m²) that can be used to park cars or as a covered terrace. Wood heating. Shared grounds with the owners.
