Surrounded by woods, it offers a rejuvenating natural setting, ideal for a getaway for two. You'll be seduced by its spacious, half-timbered rooms and terrace overlooking nature. The shared Piscine is the perfect place to relax. Nearby: the famous châteaux of Beynac, Castelnaud and the gardens of Marqueyssac, the bastide town of Domme, the château des Milandes (former home of Josephine Baker), the Dordogne valley, the famous medieval town of Sarlat and its Market. It's also an ideal starting point for Hiking, canoeing and cultural visits. This Holiday cottage is strategically located to make the most of the Dordogne's tourist attractions.

The Holiday cottage is only open from June to the end of September, as there is no heating.

Holiday cottage on one level, you enter the living room with a fully equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, mini oven, microwave...), a dining area, a sitting area with a large sofa, TV, wifi. A lovely bedroom with a 160cm bed. Then a dressing area with dressing table and a shower room with 80x80 shower, washbasin and WC. Outside, under an arbour, you'll find garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
Access to a swimming pool shared with another Holiday cottage (24G10693) and the owners, measuring 12mx4m with a gradual depth of up to 2m, chlorinated, open from April to October, secured by alarm. The estate includes unenclosed grounds of approx. 1 hectare. Possibility of unloading your belongings in front of the Holiday cottage, then private parking lot 50m away. Washing machine shared with another Holiday cottage in an outside room.
