Bergerac is a 12-minute drive from this property, which is close to the beautiful towns of Eymet, Issigeac, Monbazillac, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord... From here, you can explore the bastides and vineyards of Périgord Pourpre.
On the east side of the property, you'll enjoy an outdoor area with a shady garden, children's playground, ping-pong table, pétanque court and even a small garden where you can pick cherry tomatoes and a few aromatic plants, as well as figs, depending on the season, which you'll be delighted to taste.
On the west side, there's an unobstructed view of the vineyards and, above all, access to the natural swimming pool!

In grounds of 1500m²; large house of 280m², in the center, a dining room and a kitchen then in the right wing, a living room with television, sofas, a bedroom with 1 bed in 160 and a shower-room.
