In the heart of the Vézère Valley, south-west of Montignac-Lascaux, you can enjoy this fully renovated Holiday cottage with Piscine. You'll be ideally situated to discover the rich heritage of the Périgord region, just 10 minutes by car from the Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art and 24 km from the medieval town of Sarlat. There's plenty to see and do, including troglodytic sites and caves in the Vézère valley, castles and gardens in the Dordogne valley, and local markets where you can discover local produce and crafts.
This pretty, detached Bungalow is close to the owners' house and has uninterrupted views of the surrounding Countryside.
In the living room, you'll find a sofa, a table, 4 chairs, a TV, a kitchenette, as well as a mezzanine with a sitting area and a sofa bed.
You'll also have access to two bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140x190 and one with 2 beds 90x190; then to a shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with a shaded area, garden furniture, a lounge, a parasol, 4 deckchairs and a barbecue.
Finally, you'll enjoy relaxing in the Piscine (heated from June to the end of September, salt water, size 12x6m and 1.10 to 1.90m deep) after your walks.
The pool is shared with the owners and is secured by an alarm and a fence.
Baby equipment available on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub.

Denis Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique
Superbe endroit , une piscine très bien entretenue ( top température malgré les grosses chaleurs ) , tout est présent dans le logement , super accueil des propriétaires.

Noel Vacances en Périgord
La petite maison dans la prairie est vraiment très accueillante et très agréable à vivre et fraîche malgré la canicule.
La piscine très agréable et très sécurisée

Super accueil des propriétaires. Le gîte est très bien, très propre, même si il a été modernisé les vieilles pierres permettent de garder la fraîcheur (très appréciable avec la canicule). La piscine est magnifique, très grande, chauffée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'environnement, à côté de sous bois, de beaucoup d'arbres. Nous avons vu lièvre, chevreuil. C'est très calme, parfait pour se reposer. Pour les courses il y a tous les commerces à proximité à Montignac, ville très charmante.

Walker Au calme et en plein centre
Le gîte est bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et serviables. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir le Petigord noir ! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine. Nous y étions trop tôt dans l'année. Mais nous avons remarqué qu'elle avait été préparée avec soin. C'est un vrai plaisir d'y être pendant les chaudes journées d'été. Merci beaucoup pour les délicieuses noix et l'huile !

Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte très propre et très confortable. Gite très bien situé pour visiter la Dordogne et notamment la vallée de la Vézère.
