In the heart of the Vézère Valley, south-west of Montignac-Lascaux, enjoy this fully renovated Holiday cottage with private swimming pool. You'll be ideally situated to discover the rich heritage of the Périgord region, just 10 minutes by car from the Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art and 24 km from the medieval town of Sarlat. You can relax by the private, unheated swimming pool (8mx4m, 1.60m deep at its deepest point), open from early May to late October, with chlorine, and secured by a fence, or under the convertible terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.

The house is detached. It features a living room with pellet stove opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge) and 4 independent bedrooms. On the ground floor, but only two steps up, you'll find a 1st master suite with 1 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, you'll find 3 further bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140x190. One bedroom with 2 beds 90x190. After 4 steps, you'll reach the 4th bedroom which is a suite with 1 bed 180x200 and its en-suite shower room and WC. Separate bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Reversible air-conditioning throughout the house. Holiday cottage equipped with fiber. Enjoy the shaded terrace with plancha and barbecue and 300 m2 of private enclosed garden (fenced + lockable gate). Your pets are welcome, provided they respect the premises.
